Job Description
About the Role:
One of our clients is seeking a skilled Audit Professional to ensure smooth and timely audit closures across domestic and international entities.
Candidates with prior experience in Big 4 audit firms will be preferred.
Reports To: Head – Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the timely and accurate closure of audit engagements, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
* Manage the finalization of audit requirements across multiple group entities.
* Proactively follow up on audit findings and ensure appropriate resolutions are implemented.
* Coordinate closely with internal auditors and external audit firms to facilitate a seamless audit process.
* Participate in audit planning and execution meetings, contributing to audit strategy and risk assessments.
* Provide ongoing support to finance and audit teams during audit cycles.
* Independently handle audits for domestic and international group entities, including:
- Statutory Audits
- Internal Audits
- Tax Audits & Transfer Pricing Audits
- TDS Return Audits
- Payroll & Incentive Audits
- ERP Data Verification
- GST Audits, including 2A Reconciliation
- Vendor Ledger Audits and ERP Data Audits in coordination with internal teams
Qualifications:
* CA with 2–3 years of relevant audit experience (Big 4 experience is a plus)
Skills Required:
* Strong technical knowledge in accounting, audit standards, and compliance
* Proficient in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple audits and stakeholders simultaneously
