  • JCA Lifetime Achievement Award

    - Active in profession, service or any other field for 40+ years.

    - Age of 65+ years

    - Established an institution.

    - Mentored people – known as someone who guides/supports/nurtures talent.

    - Held position(s) in public mainstream organisations – could be charitable, business, professional.

    - Made effective contribution for the profession – nationally or internationally.

    - Is recognized as icon – known for principles and values that he/she brings to bear.

  • JCA Social Sector Contributor

    - Has held positions in socially active organisations.

    - Is actively participating/makes contribution for supporting philanthropic activities in any field, preferably, education and general well being - besides monetary contribution – personal involvement – including teaching/guiding/mentoring/nurturing needy and deserving, special needs persons.

  • JCA Public Service Contributor

    - Is All India Service Cadre or Indian Revenue Service Cadre – could be IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS,etc.

    - Should have been service of Central or State Government for at least 10 years.

    - Currently, could be with Government(s) or with private sector.

    - Has achieved distinction in service from Government/other organisation(s).

    - Has served/represented India on any international body like WTO,UN, etc or in bilateral negotiations/conferences and like Made significant contribution as a professional and for the development/recognition of the profession.

  • JCA Entrepreneur of the year

    - Could be in business by self ( own business) or is running an organisation in the capacity of CEO/COO/CMD of a public sector undertaking or a public listed entity.

    - Has established a successful organisation or has contributed to the organisation’s performance.

    - Is recognized for contribution for the policy framework for the sector/represented on issues faced by the sector and bringing about resolution of the same benefitting sector at large - could be through business organisations, sector specific organisations and so on.

    - Employees 100+ persons.

    - The Organisation has turnover of INR 100 crores for non-service organisations and 10 cr+ for service organisations for the year ending on 31 March of the year before the date of the nomination if the organization is own business and if the nominee is engaged in the capacity of CEO/COO/CMD, turnover of INR 500 crores+.

    - Any special recognition/contribution during the year - innovative solutions/break-through technology, acquisition, spread in geographies etc.

  • JCA Professional Achiever – Men

    - Age of 45+.

    - Could be in service – professional or any other organisation or in practice.

    - Has specific achievement to his credit during the year - could be path breaking deal or like.

    - Has been appointed on any government committee /international body/received recognition for contribution.

    - Has served on professional/trade or other bodies.

    - Contributed articles/papers which have been recognized.

    - Has represented/participated in major initiatives during the year - could be reforms, governance or any other aspect.

    - Made contribution for development of systems/processes – provided thought leadership.

    - Any other specific achievement during the year.

  • JCA Professional Achiever - Women

    - Age of 45+.

    - Could be in service – professional or any other organisation or in practice.

    - Has specific achievement to his credit during the year - could be path breaking deal or like.

    - Has been appointed on any government committee /international body/received recognition for contribution.

    - Has served on professional/trade or other bodies.

    - Contributed articles/papers which have been recognized.

    - Has represented/participated in major initiatives during the year - could be reforms, governance or any other aspect.

    - Made contribution for development of systems/processes – provided thought leadership.

    - Any other specific achievement during the year.

    - Effective contribution for enhancing role and recognition of women either in service or profession.

  • JCA Young Achiever

    - Age upto 45 years.

    - Could be in service – professional or any other organisation or in practice.

    - Has specific achievement to his credit during the year - could be path breaking deal or like.

    - Has been appointed on any government committee /international body/received recognition for contribution.

    - Has served on professional/trade or other bodies.

    - Contributed articles/papers which have been recognized.

    - Has represented/participated in major initiatives during the year - could be reforms, governance or any other aspect.

    - Made contribution for development of systems/processes – provided thought leadership.

    - Any other specific achievement during the year.

  • JCA Jinshasan Sevak Award

    - Active in profession, service or any other field for 40+

    - Age of 65+ years.

    - Established an institution.

    - Mentored people – known as someone who guides/supports/nurtures talent.

    - Held position(s) in public mainstream organizations – could be charitable, business, professional.

    - Made an effective contribution for the profession – nationally or internationally.

    - Has represented/participated in major initiatives during the year - could be reforms, governance or any other aspect.
