JCA PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVER AWARD - WOMEN
Criteria
- Age of 45+.
- Could be in service – professional or any other organisation or in practice.
- Has specific achievement to his credit during the year – could be a path breaking deal or like.
- Has been appointed on any government committee /international body/received recognition for contribution.
- Has served in professional/trade or other bodies.
- Contributed articles/papers which have been recognized.
- Has represented/participated in major initiatives during the year – could be reforms, governance or any other aspect.
- Made contributions for development of systems/processes – provided thought leadership.
- Any other specific achievement during the year.
- Effective contribution for enhancing the role and recognition of women either in service or profession.

JCA Public Service Contribution Award
Criteria
- Is All India Service Cadre or Indian Revenue Service Cadre – could be IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, etc.
- Should have been in the service of the Central or State Government for at least 10 years.
- Currently, could be with the Government(s) or with the private sector.
- Has achieved distinction in service from Government/other organisation (s).
- Has served/represented India on any international body like WTO,UN, etc. or in bilateral negotiations/conferences and like Made significant contribution as a professional and for the development/recognition of the profession.

JCA Entrepreneur of the year Award
Criteria
- Could be in business by self ( own business) or is running an organisation in the capacity of CEO/COO/CMD of a public sector undertaking or a public listed entity.
- Has established a successful organisation or has contributed to the organisation’s performance.
- Is recognized for contribution for the policy framework for the sector/represented on issues faced by the sector and bringing about resolution of the same benefitting sector at large - could be through business organisations, sector specific organisations and so on.
- Employees 100+ persons.
- The Organisation has turnover of INR 100 crores for non-service organisations and 10 cr + for service organisations for the year ending on 31 March of the year before the date of the nomination if the organization is own business and if the nominee is engaged in the capacity of CEO/COO/CMD, turnover of INR 500 crores+.
- Any special recognition/contribution during the year - innovative solutions/break-through technology, acquisition, spread in geographies etc.
